Pastry Cloths

This little cloth saved my life…well not exactly but you get my drift. One of my favorite desserts is home made pie. The key to good homemade pie is a flaky crisp crust. I will be posting soon on how to make that perfect flaky crust but in the meantime I wanted to get this kitchen favorite in front of you. Rolling out a pie crust, and moving it easily to the pie pan can be challenging…but not if you have one of these. These are available on Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond etc. They cost approximately $6.00. I use mine over and over again but I always have a spare one on hand.
