Parchment Paper

It all begins with the right tools. The best carpenters have the right tools and that is true for baking. My favorite tool when baking is Parchment Paper. Cookies don’t stick to it and it creates an ideal baking surface. I use it for many things. No Knead Crusty White Bread is just one example.
