Baking Rolling Pins

Calibrated rolling pins are a must have for baking. Getting a cookie or pie crust the right depth makes all the difference in the final outcome. I bought my first 1/4 inch rolling pin 3 years ago. Since then I have received the 1/8th and 3/8th rolling pins as gifts. It is a worthwhile tool to have in you baking toolbox.
