Grammy K's Triple Chocolate Toffee Brownie Cookies
Well we are 10 days into Stay at Home and I have been cooking up a storm. This recipe is my most requested recipe. I have baked these cookies and taken them to parties and team events and I am always asked for the recipe. The good news is these are simple to make, simple to store and very versatile. You can make ice cream sandwiches with the cookies from the freezer etc. The recipe makes 72 cookies - which is a lot. Fear not the cookies freeze beautifully.
